There are many reasons. My favourite answer is, &#8220;because I am a teacher&#8221;. The classroom or the seminar room is my element. Given the feedback from my students, it seems to be working out pretty well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/armintrost.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/HFU.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2130 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/armintrost.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/HFU.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"280\" height=\"104\" srcset=\"https:\/\/armintrost.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/HFU.png 500w, https:\/\/armintrost.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/HFU-300x111.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hs-furtwangen.de\/en\/faculties\/hfu-business-school\/\">Business School<\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hs-furtwangen.de\/en\/\">Furtwangen University<\/a> HFU, in the beautiful Black Forest is my home base. I have been teaching human resource management, organizational behaviour, social psychology, and social research methods since 2005.<\/p>\n<p>I am particularly proud of &#8220;my&#8221; degree program <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hs-furtwangen.de\/en\/programmes\/business-management-and-psychology-bachelor\/\">Business Management and Psychology<\/a>, which I created with my colleagues and lead as Dean of Studies.
