They might act as bosses where coaches would be more suitable or vice versa. You have all kinds of leadership tools in place, but still your managers and those they lead experience frustration and misunderstanding in the tumble of everyday life. Anyone who knows reality is familiar with this problem. Effectiveness and a good atmosphere fall by the wayside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>REFLECTION ON LEADERSHIP CLOSE TO REALITY<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p>I usually conduct a 2-day workshop with a group of executives and leaders. In this workshop, we will reflect on the current and future leadership contexts and necessary leadership roles based on a specific structure. It becomes really exciting and instructive when we reflect on and discuss reasonable behavioural options based on critical leadership situations.
